A fourth generation impressionist, Julia Kelly has been painting and exhibiting for over 35 years. Having had her first exhibit at age 16, she has continued to be awarded for her talents throughout the art world.She works mainly in oils and watercolors to capture the inspiring compositions and colors of New England, her home, as well as Tuscany, The Caribbean, and Florida.
